November is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. To raise awareness of this important issue and help to break the stigma, two of our amazing Be Kind to My Mind champions have volunteered to share their experiences of mental health and what this month means to them.

At 11 O'clock on Tuesday, 11th November, Smithills School held a two-minute silence as a mark of respect for Remembrance. At the front of the school, the lead ambassadors held a short act of Remembrance around the flagpole.

Mrs Bailey and Miss Molyneux delivered assemblies throughout the week to spread awareness about Mental Health and how important it is to talk to someone if you are struggling.
